At times, these teams may work independently, collaborate intermittently, or operate in parallel without collaboration unless necessary. This can create ambiguity regarding project ownership. Hence utilizing a linear project management tool that mandates a single team to own the project with others joining them is inefficient and often impractical.

Landing Dashboard

The user dashboard serves as a centralized hub offering a snapshot of recent activities, encompassing tasks, accessed files, projects, and messages. Users enjoy the flexibility to customize the layout by rearranging the order of these sections and choosing to display or conceal specific ones as per their preferences.

Project Manager

The project manager serve as collaborative spaces that enable users to collectively work on a centralized hub for documentation, communication, and task management. This provides a space for teams to coordinate and execute tasks while managing project-related documentation and communication effectively.

PlatformSuite enables you to create a project before it is officially onboarded as an active project, allowing you to manage the onboarding and pitching process within the platform. Depending on the type of project selected, appropriate workspaces is automatically generated within the project.

A project brings the following functionalities related to a particular project under the same roof:

Workspace Manager

A workspace serves as a channel for a specific group of members involved in a project within Platformsuite. Projects in Platformsuite can have multiple workspaces, each tailored to the needs of the project. Workspaces act as collaborative hubs, offering a non-linear approach to project workflow.

Unlike traditional project management platforms, workspaces in Platformsuite creates the flexibility required in an industries like construction, where clients may have contracts with multiple organizations with varying project requirements.

Meeting Notes

The Platform Suite Meeting Notes tool is a robust solution designed to streamline and enhance the process of capturing and organizing crucial information during meetings. This platform simplifies the creation and management of comprehensive meeting notes, ensuring that all discussions, action items, and decisions are accurately recorded and easily accessible.

The Meeting Note module is structured around sections, each containing a collection of actionable item blocks. This organizational framework facilitates a systematic and efficient approach to managing meeting notes.

Transmittal

While Platformsuite has primarily focused on integrating features within shared and personal spaces, the construction industry often requires sharing documents and information among individuals who may not always be part of the same project. Transmittals serve as a log to track all the information being shared from the workspace.

Library

Platformsuite presents a sophisticated library management system meticulously engineered to facilitate the effective organization and dissemination of diverse documents. Supporting an extensive range of file formats, including images, videos, PDFs, and other pertinent formats, this system is adept at meeting the multifaceted needs of users involved in the storage and sharing of information within professional environments.

Messages and Chat

Chat and messages are collaborative spaces that track communication among users across the organization. These messaging modules allow people to converse independently of the projects and organizations they are part of.

Address Book

The address book in PlatformSuite maintains records of addresses for all projects undertaken by the organization. Each construction project is associated with a campus, which serves as its primary location, and each campus may have associated buildings. New buildings can be added to a campus, and existing buildings from the address book can be linked to it. This process is reciprocated for associating a campus with a building. Additionally, the address book lists all projects associated with each building or campus.

Contact Book

The Contact Library in Platformsuite is a comprehensive register of contacts within a user’s account, separate from internal and shared external organization members. Members from internal and shared organizations are automatically added to the Contact Library. Users can manually add contact details for any person, regardless of their Platformsuite account status. Contact details include name, phone number, email ID, associated organizational details, and addresses.

Organisation Managment

The Organization Manager is a central hub for managing your organization’s details and members, unlocking premium features like projects and workspaces to enhance collaboration. It provides essential information such as the organization’s name, members, available seats, and addresses.

Admins can use the organization dashboard to invite new users, provided seats are available, and revoke access to remove members.
