Freshworks

  • Freshworks, a customer experience and employee experience software company, utilized the Strategic Planning pillar to identify key markets for expansion, including the US, UK, and MEA.
  • This led to initiatives like opening a data center in Dubai and partnering with local resellers in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Freshworks has seen over $1 million in pipeline generated in a short time through these efforts.

Varint

  • Varint, an open contact center platform, leveraged the Technical Readiness pillar to optimize their generative AI-powered bots for global deployment.
  • AWS helped Varint understand model availability, latency, and costs in different regions, enabling them to plan and execute successful global expansions.

DVO
